Yes. If your total including any delivery fee is under $60, the deposit is a flat $30. If your total is $60 or above, the deposit is 50% of the total. Your deposit is non-refundable and secures your booking instantly.
Yes. We deliver within Charlotte NC. Delivery is $49 flat for addresses within 15 miles. Between 15 and 30 miles is $49 plus $1.50 per mile over 15 miles. For locations beyond 30 miles, we will be in touch to arrange a custom quote. Enter your address at checkout and the fee is calculated automatically.
Absolutely. Collection from our Charlotte location is free. You will receive the full pickup address by SMS and email once your deposit is paid.
